asus pce-n15 problem??

Ever since i added it to my rig. It started crashing..first it will lose internet then everything freezes could only move my mouse for like 10 seconds then it freezes this has been happening for like 1 month.

Im pretty sure my pc drivers are up to date and also is my pce drivers up to date i'll check now thanks
