What happened? I lost 4 GB of RAM..

I have no clue what happened??

I know for a fact I have 8GB of ram..

I was doing a little uninstalling on my computer of programs I didn't need and came across windows index and it says 4GB..

I verified by going into task manager and performance tab.. 4 GB...

Also check (Right-Click) computer..


WHAT HAPPENED TO MY 4GB OF RAM?!

Bios shows that 8gb are installed and only 4 GB are available. I have 6 ram slots, I have been using 8gb for quite a while with no problems.

The only thing I did was take a radeon 5970 and stick it in to see if it worked before I sold it. My regular card is a gtx 560 ti. I doubt that did something to my ram though.

This computer actually shiped with 12gb I beloved
