Right click open option not available for CD/DVD Rom. If I double click it autoplays

I have disable autoplay. If I double click on the drive it still "autoplays".
I want to browse the cd. Normally I right click and then select "open".
This is not available for my DVD rom.

I have 3 virtual drives of Poweriso they all have that option(including the hard drives)
I tried googling. either no one has faced this problem or google just sucks

Never thought of the third option? ;)

If you go Start / Run and type the letter of your DVD drive with a colon and backslash (so it might be "d:\" for example, depending on how mnay drives you have), does that work? That should open an explorer window with the contents of the disc.

I have a simpler option to access the drive :) I am not such n00b ;-). I simply click on the show folder button on my toolbar and then click on the drive and I can access my files.
I should have been more clearer. My problem is NOT that I cannot access my files. I can access my files my using the explore function from my computer(show folder) or like kyzarvs said just type the drive letter in run or even in the explorer path.

My problem is I want to get that button/option back Thank you
