Build looks fantastic, but i would get 2x4gb of ram stick since it will run in dual channel wich is faster than a single stick, i also believe its more healthy for your pc.

Heavy prices in new zealend tough, 360$ for an i5:ouch: Everything seems double price, but i guess the coin differs a lot even when its $$
