Import iPhone into iTunes? (Not the other way around)

My previous laptop was stolen, and luckily, I had my entire library synced to my 32GB iPhone.

Now, I know there are a lot of programs out there that can extract the music from the phone, but I was wondering if any worked to directly import into iTunes?

I mean everything, like playlists. I have many playlists and I don't want to have to re-do them.
Also play counts and stuff.

I have such program. It's called SharePod and I think it's shareware, if not then it's $20 to purchase. You can backup, save, move any music, videos, etc on your apple device to anywhere on your computer. Or there is a button that allows you to import everything on the device into iTunes. Check it out, get it if you think it's worth it.

Also, you might get better answers if you put your question in the Application section.
