Problems with Sabertooth 990 fx/gen3 r2.0 + Fx 8350

Guys just replaced my MB 990fx-UD3 by a sabertooth 990 fx/gen3 r2.0, problem is it gets caught giving small type programs run as SpeedFan. CPUZ finally think everyone who monitor temps voltage, note that as is the welcome screen of windows appears a small power outage and back to normal. My source is a CX600M Corsair, remembering that with GIGABYTE was perfect.

the problem is that when running program type cpu-z, Speedfan, MsiAferterburner presents Momentary freezes to open these programs. and it is only with these programs. with GIGABYTE motherboard 990fx-UD3 was normal.

yes I already tried that, I changed the motherboard in the store thinking it was a problem it was, but the problem persists, the performance in games and other applications is normal, but this problem bothers. I'm already regretting having exchanged her for my GA-990FXA-UD3, I thought it would be better to SABERTOOTH.
