My Temperature on Idle is around 45-47 degrees Celsius, When on 100% load it stands around 79-80 degrees, is it normal for my idle temps to be 45-47 when i see on anandtech or other websites the idle temps are around 34-36 degrees celsius. Where i live the temperature is around 30-35 degrees so does that have to do with my GPU's temperature because i know that in america it is around 21 degrees celsius.

Yeah, up until recently I had one of these and can confirm those are the kinda temps to expect.
