One of our radiology PC's regularly has images transferred to it using a program called eFilm for the Dr.'s to read images. The eFilm software utilizes Microsoft SQL to transfer the images. Today, the folder located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\LOG won't stop expanding. It is full of files that say SQLDump, SQLDump.mdmp, and SQLDump.mft. I went through the active processes and killed eFilm but the folder kept growing. Then I went through an ended all the SQL processes and it finally stopped. I'm assuming this means the problem lies with SQL and not with eFilm?
I wanted to try a restore point, but the computer does not have automatic restore points enabled. Is there a way for me to do a repair or something on SQL? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?
