i bought sensonic m150 glaser mouse for my laptop. i plugged in the usb sensor , and the device manager and said it installed correctly.However, I turn on the wireless mouse and it doesn't work. The mouse also does not have a "connect" button for me to toggle the connection to the USB sensor. I have tried it in all 4 usb ports on my computer.i contacted vk technology, taiwan they answered that it is plug and play ,and technical support was no help. Anyone have any ideas?
