This is a gaming build...?

But this is the PC Build I made from my own little research - not sure if it is good or bad >.<

Though it says £1075 I actually want to tighten the budget to £1000 (give or take £30)

I'm not sure of the peripherals though.

Open to suggestions, thanks.

I don't know if you really need that much storage... but here's the best that I can recommend you if you really need that much :

Be sure that is the CX-600M you're getting; the non-modular version is made with some inferior capacitors.
Pricing and availability may differ for you, but here in the USA I use and recommend the much cheaper ($20-$25 vs. $30-$35) Xigmatek Gaia over the more-often parroted but inferior Hyper212 EVO:
http://www.techreaction.net/2011/07/07/review-xigmatek-gaia-sd1283/7/
http://www.techreaction.net/2011/11/27/review-cooler-master-hyper-212-plus/4/

Unlike the Hyper212 EVO (ignore the URL; it IS the EVO they tested), the Gaia never throttled, although it wasn't always the coolest depending on the fan used. Both got awards, but if you factor in the price, the Gaia wins hands down.
That's rather a niggle though, although you did say you want to shave some cost; overall the build looks quite good. If the Samsung 840 EVO is available to you, it will probably also lower the cost, and you're unlikely to notice a performance difference.

Do you work for Xigmatek or something? Not the first time I've seen you post about it... While you've found one website that it's gotten better temps in, I've found multiple in favour of the 212.

As I've said to you before, there's a reason why everyone bums the Hyper 212, and no matter how much you seem to distain against what might be popular, don't let that scew from giving good advice; and the best advice on CPU coolers is that the Hyper 212 Evo is just the best, cheap air cooler you can get.

To the OP:

You've got a damn fine computer build there. I wouldn't recommend changing anything, if those are the parts you desire, you will not be unhappy!

Not a huge amount of room to work with regarding price, you could go for the "not-overclocked" version of that card, coming at £307 from Scan. You could also consider a cheaper case (although they are FANTASTIC), a 2TB drive instead of 3 will save you £30 or so (again, check Scan) as well.

No, it is not. Frostytech found the Hyper212 EVO to be 1C cooler, but up to 6db louder. I consider 1C insignificant; for the money (which the OP is trying to save), the CM is a bang for buck Loser. I have never said it was a bad cooler, not ever. The Gaia is better, however, especially when cost is a factor (which it is for most people).
In any case, Seladon's build (posted before I finished my post) incorporates a couple of cost-saving changes that won't affect performance. Other than the cooler, which I admitted was a niggle toward the stated goal of saving money, it's a good adjustment.

Nah, you can take the SSD off if it would make things easier, it's just cause I will be gaming on it and thought that it would load faster if I download my programs on to that =)
