I'm going for the cheapest to run some/most games at med-high settings . This is my 3rd build, is there any way I could make this build cheaper without replacing cpu and gpu? Please and thank you.

I'm sorry but your build is pretty solid for its price, any furthur price deduction will lead to reduction in the performance, if your budget is really tight you could go for the FX 4100

If you plan on gaming at 1080p, you may want to spend a bit more on the gfx card. The HD 7750 is OK at 1080p if you don't mind playing most modern games with very reduced settings. The FX-4300 might be a little less and allow you to move to a faster card. Personally, I would prefer the Vishera quad core over the older Bulldozer six core anyway.

Btw, the much improved FX-6300 alone would be an improvement. And it's only $4.51 more at Newegg w/free shipping.
