Does Removing the CMOS Battery Reset Overclocking Errors?

I was using the AMD Overdrive utility and while doing the tests I had a power outage will simply removing the button battery reset everything back? I realize I'll have to reset the Time and Date but is there any thing else I should reset??

if overdrive made any changes to your bios it will reset them.

Thanks aldan funny thing I took the battery out for maybe three minutes and put it back in an booted to bios the darn thing was showing the correct date and time....ended up sending it back to HP and they put a new MoBo in....I was having issues with the USB ports (none worked) and was trying every avenue to fix it...it was the dad burned MoBo.
