I've got a problem... Basically, my PC powers off (no shutdown sequence, as if it loses power). This happens within 10 minutes of booting.

The system can be idling, doing lower power tasks (browsing internet etc) or gaming.

So far, I've tried removing components one by one, down to just a stick of ram, CPU and power supply with no improvement.

I've reseated and cleaned the CPU and CPU fan.

I've reseated the CMOS battery.

I'm rarely able to be in windows long enough to check logs, and often I don't have time to get into the bios.

Is this pointing to a PSU issue?

My spec is:

AMD 955 with Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro.
MSI 7850 GPU
Gigabyte M52LT-D3 Mobo
8gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3
Windows 7 Home Premium

The system was running comfortably for 14 months prior when I installed the GPU and a further 18 months before that.

Thanks
