every time I receive email, 90% of them are in a font 5 or smaller. How do I change the font size for 'Received' emails?
thanks

Every time and %90 doesn't make any sense and provides no consistency to identify the issue.

In Outlook 2013, go to View tab and click Reset View.

The emails will come in at the same font they were sent in. If you want to increase the display size, you can change the text size in Display Options or lower the resolution on the monitor (which will make everything look larger).

If you want to change only the Outlook view:

Click the “View” menu, select Text Size, select what you want in there.

hang-the-9,
thanks for input which is all I needed for Outlook 2003, sorry that I didn't make it clearer, but the view opt. is what I was using, and I was trying to find out how I can make the larger font size as default so that I wouldn't have to go to the view
mode each time I open an email. I still can't figure out how or why they come in such a small font size as I never had the problem while using WinXP.
thanks again
