I start my computer, bios loads, windows animation logo shows, after the animation the two monitors i have display a black background with mouse cursor.
Same thing happens in safe mode. it was working fine yesterday. did startup repair, and found no issues. Did windows memory diagnostic and found no issues. plugged and unplugged the monitors. plugged one monitor restarted and didn't work. tried ctrl + shift+esc and no task manager. tried blindly logging in and didn't work. tried ctrl+alt+delete didn't work.
any other ideas?
Also, if anyone could tell me the root of the reason other than resolution problems, that would be great.
