Just cloned everything from my old HDD to my new SSD but..

Now how do I set the SSD as the boot drive so I can wipe my HDD?

Change the boot order in the BIOS. Remove the HDD from the list.

EDIT: Was able to set the SSD as boot drive. But now when I go into the computer I see 3 drives? I have only 2 installed.

1. Local Disk C (my SSD) 79.8GB/111.4 GB used
2. System Reserved E 26.9 MB/99.9 MB used What is this? Is this part of my SSD?
3. Local Disk F 82.9GB/465GB used. My old OS and everything is still on here. What do you recommend I do with it?

2 is part of ya windows install

I recommend that you keep it as a spare in case ya OS install on SSD gets borked or ya SSD dies.

#2 is the boot partition. It is necessary.
