upgraded to win8 loaded radeon hd driver and lost video on pavilion d71-4100 can see to uninstall drive with device manager what should I do?

Safe Mode boot does not load the graphic driver.

Just after the BIOS splash screen, you need to hold down the Shift key and repeatedly hit the F8 key. That should get you to the recovery mode where you can boot in safe mode.
