my question is those who bought fx8350 , i want to know what will be the performance 1 on 1 against which intel it can be beat on.. also i would like to know the steamroller when its released , to which intel can it also be compared to by giving same performance or better than it

Won't know till released, but if prior releases are any indication SteamRoller will be about on a par with the 3570K clock for clock and behind the 4670K, except in rendering where the AMD 8 Core shines

Can't really compare unless you specify the context of your comparison. In general, the closest I'd guess would be the Ivy bridge i5's. It competes very well with the 3570k in gaming and multi-threaded tasks, yet falls back a little in single-core performance.
Really, it depends on what specifically you'll be doing with your PC as to which best compares.
