Not sure why, but just last week Windows 8 started crashing periodically, usually every hour or so but sometimes less. I get the infamous blue screen of death and it displays what went wrong but it's almost never just one error. Here are all of the ones I've caught

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
BAD_POOL_HEADER

I used the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool to try and find out more about what went wrong and it tells me my PC has a hardware issue or something. I have no idea what hardware component though nor why it suddenly decided to not work. Also this PC is 3 months old so it's a little strange parts would die that quickly.

I also reinstalled Windows 8 but was still getting the issue.

Can someone please help?
Thanks.
