EVGA Extended Warranty, Worth it? Makes Sense?

I have EVGA GTX 780 and i have few days left for the option to purchase extended warranty.

This card comes with a standard 3 years transferable warranty, by that i mean it transfers to the second owner, i can purchase 2 extra years of warranty for a total of 5 years that are only usable by the first owner.

This costs 25 Euros, now the question is, would that be worth it or viable? given:

1) By the time this card is 3 years old its value would be 175-230 Euros (here in the European market).
2) To use the warranty i would have to ship it to Germany's RMA center which would be another 35 Euros or so.
3) In return i will get a refurbished (sort of previously used and RMAed) card.
4) I am thinking to purchase this warranty because it would cover the cooling solution past the 3 years if i would use the card for "light gaming" (in three years from now terms) or for display only, watching HD movies etc.

I made the above estimates using the current value of the GTX 280 which is 5 years old or its equivalent performer GTX 460 in my market.

Also if i sell it after two or three years i can assist the buyer if they need to RMA in the last two years to get this through, would that provide any resale value?

Thanks in advance. :)

Well, if you plan to use card for 4 years, then if I were you I would buy it. If I plan to buy used card, I would prefer to have some kind of warranty. But different people, different thinking....
