Intel(R) G33/G31 Chipset Family
32 bit
ACPI x86 based computer
Processer: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.60GHz

Black box appears in top left of screen and it crashes and says programe stopped working.

Does anybody know a way that i can trick it into thinking i have a Good enough system?

what is the graphics card and has it got up to date drivers, if you are unsure how to find out what your card is - go to start>run> now type dxdiag and hit enter. Then click the Display tab.

Even if you did manage to trick it, there is no way you will have an enjoyable experience. Even at absolute lowest settings the game will be completely unplayable. If you have a PCI Express slot however...

I would suggest buying a cheap graphics card such as the GT 620 for $50. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If you really are on a budget you can go with the 5450 for $20. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It's good enough for oblivion, but if he wants to do anything more, then yes, he needs a new system.
