Questions are at the bottom if you want to skip the blurb.

Hi all. I can see the AMD Office build Sticky above. I am not cheating by posting this thread I swear :)

Using a local (I am in Germany - Prices below are in Euro) price compare engine I have chosen to build an office System for my Girlfriend around a core of:

CPU - AMD 5400K - €45
MOBO - MSI FM2-A75IA-E53 - €75
DDR3 - G.Skill RipJawsX DIMM Kit 8GB - €55

I want a low energy, low noise, small case build which is why I went with the 5400K over the 6400K or 5600K. I also went with an APU so I do not need a distinct graphics card.

I went with the MSI as it is small and has on board WIFI and Bluetooth.

The Ram I picked for low latency coupled with low profile.

I then added the following loosely based on the Toms Hardware "Silent But Deadly" article which also made a build based on this MoBo and CPU.

SDD - Super Talent SuperNova 128GB - €85
PSU - Sharkoon SHA350M Bronze 350W ATX 2.3 (semi-passiv) - €35
Cooling - Cooler Master Hyper 412S - €25
Cooling - Noiseblocker NB-Multiframe M12-S1 - €15
CASE - SilverStone Temjin Evolution TJ08-E schwarz - €80
OS - Windows 7 download pay later option - €45
CPU Paste - ????? - €10
Total: €470

So the questions are:

1) Is the PSU ok? I selected it based on price and low noise (Semi passive).
2) Is my cooling ok? The case fan came from the Toms Hardware article.
3) What can I do in terms of a better choice of case? Small, low noise, but with an eye on heat.
4) The "Intenso Top III SSD 128GB" has speeds a bit lower but has a 256 cache which the Super Talent does not. Difference?
5) Anything else I am missing, messing up, or should change?

Would I be ok with the AeroCool QS-200 Lite. I think it has everything I require.
