So i have P8H77-M PRO motherboard and i'm not sure can i put Asus GTX680... in to it, I have GTX 560Ti atm and i wanna upgrade now, so i have Intelcore i7-3770 3,4Ghz, 16gb ram, 500W power supply and now i need new video card.

Hopefully you guys can help me.

That video card should work fine on that board. 500W is a little on the low end though. I would recommend at least moving up to (at least) 600-650W on your power supply if you intend to jump up to a 680. nVidia cites that the minimum recommended supply for a 680 is about 550W (this includes considerations for processor, hard drives, etc.).

However, just throwing this in, consider getting a GeForce 770. It's a refreshed GeForce 680, it's faster, certain models have more video memory, it's more energy efficient, and runs cooler. What's not to love? Although nvidia does cite that it's minimum power requirement is 600W, it's a faster card for the same money.
