Solution
A very good build.

You might look for a M-ATX sized Z77 based motherboard. They are usually cheaper.
The only negative issue is the usual lack of sli capability(and I don't recommend dual cards).

If you can, include a SSD in your plans. 120gb will hold the os and a handful of games. A 240gb ssd will hold quite a few games, perhaps allowing you to omit the hard drive entirely. It is easy to add a hard drive later.
