I am going to build a PC and I have been sent this in. Is this a good build for a budget gaming PC?

How is it too expensive ? It fits your budget, with the build that I proposed, and it performs almost twice as fast as the HD 7790.

My whole budget is £500, I still need to fit in a monitor and Windows 7 OS
