No, you need to use as many as you can. If you can imagine pressing in the graphics card, memory chips and cables into a motherboard with only minimal support, you'll likely bend the board (particularly at the edges) and crack the circuitry.
Yes, I know you can install these without the board in the case, but sooner or later you'll replace them.
Really - get some more standoffs and don't be tempted to try installing with only 4.

Yeup, all of the hexagon shaped screws coming out of the back motherboard tray are standoffs. It looks like they're all installed and ready for a full ATX board, like you have.
