Gigabyte B75M-D3H is better:
H can support 32GB of RAM, V can only support 16GB
H supports PCI-E 3.0 and 2.0, V only supports 3.0 and 1.0
H has HDMI out and several other connectors that V does not have
H also has a couple other randon features built in that V does not have, you can compare on Newegg, for instance.
