device driver problem

my sandisk 16gb pendrive is not working on my pc but is able to run on other. when i try to install driver through troubleshooter it says 'could not find any software through windows live' what should i do now?? i have windows 7 32-bit

i tried..but am unable to download the driver from the manufactures website..i think the driver problem is in my pc..so tell me the solution for that..

ya i can..even no other pendrive is able to run on my pc.. i think my usb driver has been corrupted..because even my usb mouse is not working..so can you tell me from where i can download usb driver??
