I am at wits end with this issue and I was hoping that you guys have some ideas. I thought I'd try to post this before RMAing my motherboard.
The computer was running perfectly fine for almost two years now but a week ago, after I shut the comp off, it wouldn't start properly.
It would try to start, the fan would spin for about half a second and then stop. Then start again, and then stop, and keeps on repeating this process.
At first it, I thought it was my Corsair ax750 gold power supply but it's not as I replaced the PSU and it's still has the same issue.
The weird part is, After leaving the computer off for a few days, it would boot up completely normal, but as soon as I shut it off again, the same thing happens again.
I have reset the cmos, using the cmos clear button on the back panel of the board, reset it using the jumpers, switched surge protectors, unplugged everything on the board, and even removed the board from my case and this is still happening.
