I bough a laptop a month ago with these specifications
Intel Core i5 3210M 2.5 ghz
Ram 4GB
AMD Radeon HD 7600M

anyways when i try to play games like
Shogun 2, Prototype 2, skyrim, and Tomb Raider
i get this problem Can't describe it watch this video

when i record with fraps it doesn't show the problem that is why i had to use a real camera it happens in all other games except for few games.
when i try the window mode in those affected games the flickering stops or the "full screen window mode" which some games have it the flickering just goes away and i have the last update from ati i beileve so and i have windows 7 64bit if it will help.
