New to overclocking, First time, All help appreciated

I built my pc about a month ago and havnt overclocked it since. Now, i am hoping i can since i want to get the most from my pc !

Parts are
8320 amd black box
990 fxa u3 GIgabyte motherboard
7870 Powercolor 2gb
8 gb corsair vengeance
600W corsair bronze certified modular
z11 + case
1gb Seagate
212 Hyper evo +

So ive used prime 95 and the first option for 15 mins

i got these temps
Cpu 1 - 32c
Cpu 2 - 58c
Cpu 3 - 52c

So can i overclock and if i do want to, can anyone give me a detailed help since i got no idea

Run the auto tune & then after that you can adjust slider arrows, up or down, to find the most stable settings;.
If it is too high it crashes, so adjust it a little bit at a time & watch your temperatures. The highest stable settings that you can cool is the goal.

Sorry bro, dont mean to be stubborn but i would rather go with a bios...just got a feeling software isnt too safe based on reading

also my cpu temps on idle are 22,40,32 respectively...Is that ok for an 8320 or high for idle.. also what is cpu1 , 2 , 3 in hww monitor

also should i oc with multiplier after setting everything default and not auto or should i change cpu core. But i seen changing cpu core also automatically changes nb frequencys
So any help

So i overclocked it using bios
i put multiplier to 22 so to 4.4 ghz.
However, on my bios i noticed i cant change voltage settings except from auto-normal- -.800 to + .800
also, should i leave the nb freq and the other as auto or set it manually to default values
Any ideas
another thing
when i load optimized settings and change multiplier to 4.4ghz the pc boots fine but when i disable turbo setting thing, then it boots then 2 seconds later stops then boots properly...not sure why.
Also enabling cpu unlocker also causes this..any ideas
another thing, i got temps from 10 mins of 4,4 ghz with the llc to ultra and with the problem of it starting stopping then starting properly
cpu 1 30
cpu 2 52-60
cpu 3 57-62 using hww monitor and speed fan whilst prime 95 is on
all help is appreciated
