I was wondering if my pc can play rome 2 total war. Thanks for the help

I'd be surprised with that video card. You could make a moderate investment to make it playable though.

Beyond that issue though, I would wait a few weeks before picking it up. A lot of people are having issues running the game even with really good machines and there is definitely more than a few bugs to work out.

There are couple solution steam forums how to get rid of fps shuttering and bad graphics and that actually works. Crashes on the other hand are still present so better be patient as MorkS said. You should be able to play it's just matter of what settings you will be able to achive playable fps.
