I'm looking for a new gaming monitor. I actually plan to use this with my xbox one rather than a pc because I heard they are better. I'd like it to be atleast 27" and 1080p. I could probably stretch my budget alittle bit for something really good. If I forgot anything just ask. Thanks :)

I've had good experience with Acer monitors, plus this one won't blow your pocket book.

Good luck!

The best 27" monitor I'd recommend in that price range is the QNIX QX2710 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUI44US/ref=as_li_q... It's a 1440p IPS panel that has a beautiful picture.

I have 3 questions:
1. Will that hook up to my Xbox without needing adapters?
2. Is it worthwhile to get a 1440p monitor when it's almost purely gonna be used for Xbox one gaming which I believe wouldn't ever be over 1080p?
3. Shouldn't I be looking for one with a lower response time than 8ms on a gaming monitor?

Thanks for your reply btw.

I didn't read the part that said you were using this with your Xbox so no you don't want 1440p. An amazing monitor to get for your Xbox would be the ASUS MX279H http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B17C5KO/ref=as_li_q... which is $330 if you check the additional buying options. It's an IPS panel that has great image quality and viewing angles.

That monitor looks perfect. Do you think that will be a good improvement over my 1080p vizio32" LCD TV. My plan is to have my Xbox and monitor on my desk, then be able to watch tv(mostly to watch sports games well gaming) on my current tv.
