So, I just went with DISH Broadband since I get a discount.

At any rate I connected the Dish Modem to a Netgear Router: WNDR3700v3.

My Broadband plan is: 21MB/s Download

So the setup is as followed:

Dish Modem To Two other PCS (Direct Connect) and the Netgear Router.

The Netgear Router is connected to two other PC in the basement which only see .32MB/S when connected to the Router, however when I connect them to the Modem they see 3-6MB/S. Is there a setting on the Modem or Router I'm not seeing that I can enable this.

I am just really confused on how I can fix this.

Solution
So...from private discussion and sharing of IP addresses, it is determined that the DirectTV supplied device is a modem+router, not just a modem. It serves up 192.168.xxx.xxx to connected devices.
In which case a switch is indicated, rather than another router.

Let's hope this works.

Alright sorry if it is confusing.

I have a Dish Mode which has 3 ports on it not including the "Internet" port for connectivity.
Computer One and Two are connected to the Dish Modem. Port Three is connected to the netgear Router.
The Netgear Router is connected to two other PC's, Four Computers all Broadband / Hard Wired.

The Computers directly connected to the Modem see the plans full MB/S where as the basement computers connected to the Router only see .32MB/S. Is there a way to fix this so they see more of the download speeds?

With a broadband connection, generally there are two devices. A modem and a router. These may be within the same little box.

The modem talks to the ISP, and gets one and only one IP address. The router talks to the modem. It then serves up multiple internal IP addresses.

So...if your "modem" has 3 x RJ-45 plugs, that would generally mean it is also a router.
Is the Netgear something they supplied and installed, or something you had?

Well I had it but they installed it here so all the computers could be connected. They said everything was working and everything did have connectivity. It is just the basement computers are slower by FAR compared to the others.

when I first changed the setup for this all the computers were seeing .5-.8MB/S. It appears the only ones that work properly are the ones on the Dish one. It is a new Netgear Router too so I doubt that the router is bad.
