I've been having this really weird issue with a clients computer. I've disabled everything in the power options and in other sections so it does not require a password after the computer wakes up/monitor goes to sleep but yet it still keeps doing it.

The funny thing is when I set the monitor to go to sleep for one minute and wait till the monitor goes to sleep and wake it back up it does nto ask me for a password. So I set it back to the 4 hour wait for the monitor to go to sleep and she reports it does it.

This is a brand new lenovo desktop I custom built (from lenovo) i7 4770 8gb ram 1TB hdd AMD gpu etc in a sff box. This thing flys almost makes my system look like crap haha.

but anyways any help woul be great i've checked everything and everywhere. I've never had this issue

That is the default settings in almost all corporate systems to lock the PC if not used. Nothing to do with the power saver options, it's a screensaver security setting. The reason you did not see it when you had the monitor to a short time out is that the screen saver did not kick in yet. When you set it to longer, the monitor went to sleep, but the screen saver turned on.
