My graphics card sparked because of contact with metal and now my computer wont turn on!! Help please

I was mesuring up my graphics card and the end of the tape mesure touched my it and produced a spark, My computer will not turn on and im wondering why, if you guys know please let me know ? I replaced the fuse in the power cable and no luck, was wondering if it was the psu or even the motherboard?

Since it sparks and you have no idea what you touched, it could be the mobo, the CPU, the ram, the video card or the power supply. Only way to figure it out is to replace parts and see if it boots up. Keep your metal tools out of a running computer next time.
