ADAT CH11 Can't be READ

Hi Guys!.

My ADATA CH11 can't be read by any device. When i plug it in the Laptop or Computer, it doesn't show anything. I can't either reformat it or what because it can't be seen. I don't know what the problem is, why it happened that way. Maybe the USB Cord has the problem??? Please do help me. :(

thanks for answering guys!. I was also thinking that the cord might have the problem. But what if the SATA was dead?. can i still recover my files?. or what?.
