What is your PSU. The GTX 650 Ti uses very little power so I doubt it is an issue. If anything the 7770 is only 7% weaker while costing $30 less and using 25% less power

Ok, ok calm down man. I stand corrected when it comes to power use (They are basically the same). However it is quite cheaper while being negligibly weaker...

Completely different card that should have been called the GTX 750 Ti. I imagine there is one small enough...

The GTX 650 ti boost is 9.5 inches. You are looking at a card that MAY fit, but ONLY if the case allows it to hang over that metal part of the case and if the board has nothing in the way.

The extra section on the card is just a plastic for the fan, so shorting out is not an issue IF the case will allow it to sit on top. Does your video card now look like if it was longer it could pass over top of that part of the case?

See how they made the card? similar to how the GTX 670 is made.

I mean no offense to you. Sorry if it sounded that way.

Well are there any cards that are as good or better than that under $170 that are smaller than that?

They are both equal. One is cheaper and will most likely overclock better...
