Next year I am planning on running two GPUs in my system but I'm worried that maybe getting the 650w wasn't a good idea however I also hear that it is also very dependent on the quality of the PSU.
My PSU is SeaSonic M12II 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified and I'm planning on running high end Nvidia cards next year to replace my 7850.

Not entirely sure which cards yet since next year there could be a new series.
Let's say however I wanted to run two 770's right now.
I know a lot plays into how much power my PC draws but is 650w a good base for SLI as long as it is good quality?

For something like two 770's, you'll need about 850W.

That would depend a bit on brand, but I'd suggest doing 750-850W for SLI of that magnitude. That way it'll give you a nice buffer for cap ageing, and little bit of headroom so that you're not too far out of the typical peak efficiency range.

Check out that site I linked, it's a great PSU calculator

The link that you gave doesn't work for me, I just get a timeout after about a minute.
