So I own a Lenovo y580 and the laptop is hot for no reason at all. Just running makes it pretty loud. I've posted a picture showing the internal temperatures and am not sure if these are hot or not. It is raised on a piece of plastic.

Have u check your vents for dust?ur fan might be dusty and it might be time to reapply the thermal paste.

While trying to unscrew the back I did a battery pull. Fixed it :D  I was starting to think my gpu was stuck on because my temperature didn't change when i played some league.

Glad to hear that u manage to fix it.it might just be a glitch.Overheating on a laptop could be a pain since not all Laptop are the same.some have fans that are easy to reach.some even makes you tore the whole laptop apart including the screen just to get to the fan(i experienced this on my late acer 4730g).
