CPU and board combo trouble (intel) need suggestions quick :D

im in a crossroad whether to go with an

i5-3570k + z77 Fatal1ty or a 4670k+gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H

assuming the total cost is the same, which should i go for?

im gonna put 8gb(4x2) corsair vengeance 1866 ram and a gtx 670 and a samsung 840 pro

i have a deal for the 3570k+z77 fatal1ty for 436$ then the haswell 4670k+gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H for 453$ so basically the price difference is not much of an issue since that is a very small % of the total cost. so you think i should just get the 1155?
