hey guys i have G.Skill RipjawsX (2 x 2 GB
with Msi Z77a-G41
i5 3570k
R7850 o.c Edition
i used Them in Dual Channel in 1 &3rd Slots
So, i want to upgrad my ram ,i am a beginner overclocking

so, my Ques is that can i use thse ram with my sytem without any issu
is i able to overclok them betterly

or i have to buy another Ripjaws X 4*4Gb ram
??

i would recomend if you havent already bought the ram. get 2 more sticks of what you already have. as long as there running at 1600 or less on your 3570k you will get all the perfomance you need.
but yes if you have the 2x4 gigs already i would just use that till i could get another 2x4 gig and just sell the old 2x2 on to some1 else and recoup some of the cost...
you should still be able to get 35-40 for the old ram as its fairly decent stuff anyway.
its always best to try and match your rams timings by buying the same brand and speed as your old ram. because like i say when you mix the ram it can have stability issues and cause damage if the timings are to different.

yes if you can run them at the same speed and timings. but if theres to much differenc in the jdec you will stess the on chip mmu which could result in damage to both the cpu and ram...
so check the timings and if there more than 1 or 2 out then dump the 2x2 gig and just run the 2x4 gig as the system is dual channel you wont get much benefit anyways 1s your over 8 gigs unless you do heavy video editing (i dont mean transcoding i mean actual editing). if you just play games then 8 is more than enough.

my mobo having 4 Slots of ram
if i buy 2* 4 gb than my 2*2gb waste
what if i buy 2*2 gb of ram of Corsair Vengeance (2 x 2 GB)
