Recently after my dog decided to play around my computer my external hard drive stopped showing up in 'My Computer'. I just got a new case for it thinking it was the case but it still did not fix it I went into disk management and I see the hard drive show up there as unallocated space with no partition but it shows only about 800 GB when it is a 3 TB hard drive. I am wondering if there is a way to fix this.
