i have apu A4 3305M laptop i want to upgrade it to A8 OR A10 depending on their performance on games what all things i have to check for upgradation

You won't be able to upgrade the CPU. Laptops are designed that you buy a new one to upgrade. Cynical approach from manufacturers (but obviously good for business and revenue!) You may be able to get a higher speed CPU within the same model family, which would have the same power requirements, but doing that will not get you a performance boost your looking for. Sorry
