AMD Athlon (tm) II X2 260 Processor 3.20 GHz (non-OC)

On the website I'm buying, it says the XFX mimimum PowerSupply is 550W. Will the ascot suffice?

Yeah... NO.

Not built by a reliable manufacturer. It's got about as much chance of delivering the rated 550W as it does flying away...

It would probably catch fire along the way, will have no protection and thus can wipe out the rest of your PC, and simply should be avoided.

I'd suggest one of these: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1450sx2b9 The recommended power ratings leave a little bit of slack.

upgrading PSU is not an option im afraid.

what about if i downgrade graphics to Palit GeForce GTX650Ti BOOST OC 1006M/6108M 2GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DisplayPort?
it's required is 450W.

That PSU is a fire hazard. Do you want to fry your CPU, MB, GPU, HDD etc? Because that could easily happen.

EDIT: Plus it doesn't have any PCIe power connectors, so you can't plug in either of those GPUs without adapters. It's also a strong hint that it's an overrated 200-350W unit, probably with all the pricey extras like short circuit protection left out. Not a good sign.
