Hi,
I have a ASUS P8Z77-V LE PLUS motherboard, I built my PC about 6 months ago, so all of the components are perfectly fine and I'm having no issues. But everytime I boot up my PC which is already a challenge, I encounter the BIOS. It says "Press F1 to recover BIOS settings". After repeatedly trying to save the BIOS it never seems to work. I have done some research into this why this may be happening, but haven't come across anything that works?

Hopefully I'm not being stupid, but is there anything that I can do? I don't want to have to replace my motherboard...

Try to load the defaults, save, reboot into windows, and reboot again.
