Need help choosing a board

Hi everyone, I need an AM3+ board for my first PC build, and I don't know much about boards, I need some help. One board that caught my eye is the Asus Sabertooth 990FX, which look amazing in every way. However, the price is just too much for me right now. Are there any cheaper alternatives of comparable quality?

Don't think I will need to overclock, but if it's not too big a price difference, having the ability would be nice.

Hmm. Can I get an explanation for some of these changes? I'm not sure I want to change the video card, I really like the one I've got. For the power supply, I'm still working on finding one,mainly I'm just searching for a quality one that will last a long time that I can afford. But I'll take a look at that MOBO.

I own 2 of the 990FX Rev. 2 boards Sabertooth boards , and they both run flawless.
