GTX 770m vs GTX 780m

Just like the title says, which one is better? The ASUS G750JX or the G750JH

I'll be using it for gaming obviously, but I don't know which one to get.

The G750JX with an SSD of 250Gb + 8Gb of RAM
or the G750JH stock (without the SSD and extra RAM, and I wouldn't have enough money for some time to get upgrades)

The G750JX with all that is mentioned fits right in my budget, but the G750JH is a little over it.

I'm basically bumping my head all over, would I really benefit from the JH stock version, or is JX just fine?

Thanks in advance for taking the time :)

More about gtx 770m gtx 780m
  1. GTX 780M
  2. Agree with byogamingpc. The SSD will be a nice component to have, especially if it is in your budget. The 780M is considerably more powerful than the 770M, however. 8 GB RAM is plenty for gaming.
  3. True, it's almost impossible to change the GPU in these laptops.
    Thanks byogamingpc.
If anyone wants to add sth else, feel free :)
Btw. Does anyone know if the JH model comes with a backpack and mouse? Or, is that country dependent :)

Depends more on the supplier/reseller. :) Most right now that I'm aware of are not offering those accessories included.
  5. Yupi, and it's almost impossible for me to get a backpack here where I live -.-"
Yep, there are no 18.4" bags to be found, and well, the 17.3" ones are overpriced
    btw. I'm from Bosnia -.-"
    Anyways, thanks :)
