Hello, Im building a new PC. Im not sure if go with AMD or intel, or if my config is ok, no bottleneck, etc.

Gaming 100%.

AMD option:
FX6300
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Saphire HD 7850 2GB OC
Seasonic M12ii-650W
Seagate Barracuda, WD Black or Blue
G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB 1866Mhz

Intel Option:
Intel i5 3330 ivy
ASRock Z77 Pro3
Saphire HD 7850 2GB OC
Seasonic M12ii-650W
Seagate Barracuda, WD Black or Blue
G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB 1866Mhz

I can go for different mobos in the Intel config, but idk if worth it because the mobos are 40%/50% more expensive than the Asrock Pro3. Mobos like the Asus P8z77-v Lk, Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 and Gigabyte Ga-z77x-d3h.

Depends what you want to achieve. If you're interested in SLI then motherboards like the Extreme 4 are nice.

To me though, if you can afford an i5, then go for that. It performs better. You could then go for

a WD Black, if you want the most performance possible. Or Blue, if you'd like a blend of performance and

other less-peformance-minded qualities, such as greater silence. You could also go for 1600Mhz RAM

instead of 1866, if you'd like to save a bit of cash potentially. Both builds are quite fine though and

the savings achieved by going with AMD could be put towards ever better GPUs.

I agree with the above answer. The 6300 is a fine processor and I think using the extra money from that for an even better GPU would be more beneficial, as an i5 isn't a HUGE improvement over the 6300.

Any GPU will work just fine with a 6300. And if you think its bottlenecked, a simple overclock will solve the issue.

I think people put way to much worry into bottlenecking. Unless your buying a low-end cpu, you have no worry.
