My daughter's computer, touch screen, keeps freezing, black screen, will not fully power up. Power is there, I hear it come on, I did the unplug everything deal and it worked, but now that won't solve the issue. The light is amber/orange? on the power switch, I hear it turn on and the light goes to that color and nothing else happens. Nothing whatsoever on the screen. I finally got the unit here at my home so I could try to fix it myself. It's only one year old and even though I told her not to get this brand...what kid listens to their mother?? Right?? Anyway, I have the same type of computer, only it's an HP and I've never ever had one problem with it, it's three years old and my grandkids play with it all the time!! Help?? Thanks!!
